Among the SSA countries where we have ongoing and completed engagements include; Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Djibouti and South Sudan in Eastern Africa; Nigeria and Ghana in Western Africa; and South Africa, Mozambique and Zambia in Southern Africa.
Our work with clients has given us deep understanding of local dynamics in key business functions including customer acquisition & retention, supply chains management, operations and business processes, legal & compliance as well as the spectrum of financing alternatives in the markets we cover.
Beyond our direct work with our clients in the various countries and sectors that we cover, we also conduct our own in-house research which has contributed to our growing knowledge base in the sectors that we focus on.
